Ampere EV Unveils Showrooms in Amb and Una, Additional Service Outlet in Adjoining Kangra
Kangra: Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited (GEMPL), the e-mobility arm of Greaves Cotton Limited today inaugurated two new showrooms in Amb and Una for its electric 2W brand Ampere. The dealerships titled ‘So’ham Ampere’ are located along the bustling NH503 and Una-Amb Road in the region. Further, the brand has also introduced an additional dedicated service outlet for its lineup to cater to customers’ after-sales requirements in the adjoining Kangra region.
The new dealerships showcase Ampere’s complete lineup of high-performance electric scooters, including the popular family-oriented model, Ampere Nexus. In line with the brand’s ‘Ampere Care’ initiative, the new service outlet in Kangra will provide customers in the region with swift, seamless and accessible after-sales support.
Commenting on the launches, Ram Rajappa, COO, Greaves Electric Mobility said, “We are pleased to expand Ampere’s footprint in Una and Kangra. The demand from these emerging markets testifies to India’s remarkable adoption of newer, more sustainable technologies which we at Ampere are committed towards meeting. Through Ampere Care, our aim is to set a benchmark for after-sales customer experience in the region by imbibing a culture of excellent service standards. We will continue to scout for opportunities to stimulate and sustain consumer demand for electric 2Ws across the country to achieve our vision of sustainable last-mile mobility in India.”
Ampere’s product portfolio comprises models such as the Nexus, Magnus and Reo sporting best-in-class features and unparalleled performance. The Nexus, labelled as ‘The Nex Big Thing’ is powered with a 93 kmph top speed and 3 kWh LFP battery with 30% extra battery life to subvert range and performance anxieties and democratise sustainable mobility. It has witnessed high demand and acclaim from consumers since its launch in April this year. Magnus, the company’s highest-selling scooter comes in two variants – EX and LT, offering a single charge certified range of ~ 100 and 80 kilometres respectively. The Reo Li Plus is Ampere’s entry-level scooter, conceptualised to provide maximum convenience at an affordable price with no requirements of license and registration.
Customers in Amb can now visit the So’ham Ampere dealership located on NH503, opposite Hotel City Heart, while the Una dealership is situated near Shivam Orthopedic Hospital on Una-Amb Road. In Kangra, people can visit the So’ham Ampere Care service outlet for hassle-free ownership.
