Delhi: The crippled economy has become the fate and future of Pakistan now a days, even grim situation continues for Pak airlines sector .As per a report published in DAWN News, which says Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is on the verge of a collapse and forced to cancelled over 300 flights in the last fortnight due to fund crunch issues. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is currently facing a significant crisis, with over 300 flights canceled in the last fortnight. The national airline has suspended its routine flight operations for two weeks, according to a recent statement.

The root cause of this crisis is the cut-off of fuel supply by Pakistan State Oil (PSO) due to unpaid dues to oil companies. This has led to the cancellation of 322 flights, leaving officials unable to provide a tentative departure time for multiple flights.

The situation has raised concerns about the potential shutdown of PIA. However, it’s important to note that the airline’s future will depend on how quickly and effectively it can resolve its current issues. The airline’s management and the government will need to take swift action to restore the fuel supply and resume normal operations.
