- Forehead Smoother: This exercise helps smooth out forehead wrinkles. Simply place your fingertips together in the center of your forehead and gently slide them outwards towards your temples, applying light pressure. Repeat several times.
- Cheek Lift: Give your cheeks a natural lift and tone with this exercise. Make an “O” with your mouth, then smile widely while maintaining the “O” shape. Hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.
- Eye Firming: Target under-eye wrinkles with this exercise. Place your index fingers under your eyebrows and apply gentle pressure. Now, squint your eyes as if trying to close them, but resist the pressure from your fingers. Hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.
- Jawline Toner: This exercise helps define and tighten your jawline. Tilt your head back slightly and look upwards. Push your lower jaw forward and hold for a few seconds. Relax and repeat several times. Alternatively, try “kissing the ceiling” with your lips while looking up.
- Neck Tightener: Reduce wrinkles on your neck and tighten the chin area with this exercise. Sit up straight and tilt your head back, looking towards the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if kissing the ceiling. Hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.
