BTS’ Suga bids emotional goodbye to fans before joining military, Jin and J-Hope send ‘strength’.

Delhi: BTS member Suga is all set to enlist himself for the mandatory military service on September 22. Before his joining, he interacted with fans online.

BIGHIT MUSIC issued a statement on September 17, informing fans of the singer’s impending enlistment in the military. The statement stated that the member would commence his service on the 22nd of September. A few hours later, Haegum turned on the live broadcast of Weverse, nearly a month after his post-concert live video of August. The singer said he had come to welcome the fans and to recall the promise he had made to them. As fans began to worry about the singer’s wellbeing, SUGA comforted them by saying, “Don’t worry, you know we promised to meet again in 2025. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to perform with you in the next two years, but we still have the promise of 2025.

Suga concluded the August D Tour with a 20-minute live performance, during which he declared that he had been in physical pain for two weeks after the concert, and had spent the remainder of the time with his family. He expressed his desire to perform more concerts for his fans, but noted that he was unable to do so due to his obligations as a citizen. He expressed regret that he had not had the opportunity to do so.

J-Hope, Seok Jin, and other members of BTS expressed their support and love for Suga through their social media posts. Shibumi, who recently left the military, posted that she was watching the live broadcast before submitting her phone. Jin commented, “Your hair looks great.” J-Hope wrote, “I was wondering where he went when I was texting… he was here.” SJ also expressed her support for Suga, saying, “Yoongi yo, have courage! I’m with you.”
