Bengaluru Bomb Scare: 48 Schools Receive Terrifying Threats, Police Unravel Mystery Behind Email Menace

New Delhi: In a shocking turn of events, chaos broke out in the vibrant city of Bengaluru as 48 private schools received bomb threats via email, causing widespread panic and prompt response from law enforcement. The incident came to light on Friday morning, following which parents rushed to the schools, while authorities immediately deployed bomb squads to ensure the safety of students and staff.

Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayanand revealed that this is not the first time the city has faced such threats. Previous incidents of a similar nature were identified as fraud, and police are treating the current situation with cautious suspicion.

As a precautionary measure, schools were evacuated and intensive search operations were conducted in each institution. Fortunately, no suspicious objects or explosives were found during these searches, leading officials to rule out the possibility of any foul play. A senior police officer revealed that the threatening emails were found on a specific email address.

Despite the tense situation, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stressed the need to ensure security of schools and temples and urged to investigate the matter seriously. Deputy CM DK Shivakumar reassured worried parents, saying the police were actively pursuing the case and vowed to catch the culprits within 24 hours.

The threatening email, which came from the address khirajites@beeble.com, claimed that bombs had been planted in 15 schools. Home Minister G Parameshwara indicated that the contents of the emails, which included messages about religious conversion, would be thoroughly investigated to determine the motives behind the threats.

As Bengaluru still remains under threat, authorities are striking a delicate balance between responding to potential threats and preventing unnecessary panic. The city’s resilience is evident as it faces this dangerous situation head on and remains committed to ensuring the safety of its residents.
