Heartfulness inaugurates a new centre near Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura

Mathura: Heartfulness Institute inaugurated yet another centre in the sacred vicinity of Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura on Sunday morning. The auspicious inauguration took place in the Divine Presence of Rev. Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chanda Mission. The purpose of the new ashram in Mathura is to bring free and accessible meditation even closer to the people of Mathura where people from all walks of life can come to meditate any time amidst the serene environment of the new Heartfulness centre. The sittings will be free of cost and give invaluable opportunity for inner transformation through meditation. The Mathura ashram will serve as a lighthouse for spiritual seekers. The inauguration was followed by a group meditation led by Rev. Daaji who was accompanied by a team of twenty people from the Heartfulness Headquarters in Hyderabad. Rev. Daaji will visit other centres in Uttar Pradesh during his tour.
During the inauguration, Mr. Ashish – Joint Secretary Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Uttar Pradesh Mr. Anupam Agarwal – Regional Facilitator, Mathura Centre; Shri Surendra Sharma – Coordinator; Dr. Kishore, Dr. RC Aggarwal – former Director, Indian Council of Agricultural Research were also present.
Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura was chosen for the new facility as Lord Krishna is regarded as the patron of Heartfulness under the aegis of Shri Ram Chandra Mission. Lord Krishna is regarded as the pioneer of meditation through Pranahuti which was lost through eons and rediscovered by Lalaji Maharaj – the first in the lineage of Masters of Shri Ram Chandra Mission. Today Heartfulness Meditation which is based on this ancient technique of Pranahuti or energy transmission has made it highly easy and accessible to meditate.
Rev. Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission said, “This is a sacred occasion for us all as we are bringing an extension of Heartfulness in the vicinity of Krishna Janmabhoomi. The purpose of human life is to attain Supreme Consciousness. This is achievable through the simple practise of daily meditation and inner cleansing. The centre will make meditation accessible for the people in Mathura and we hope the denizens here make the most of it.”
The new facility can accommodate 150 practitioners at a time. There are also modern and dormitories with hygienic common kitchen facility at the centre.
