Upon landing from Amritsar, the passengers were prompted by IndiGo ground staff to disembark, promising an alternate flight to Chennai. still, this turned out to be a ruse as the airline allegedly refused to fly with just six individualities onboard. Left with no immediate options to reach their destination that night, the passengers, including senior individualities, faced a harrowing late stay in Bengaluru, aggravated by IndiGo’s failure to give accommodation at an field hostel. Despite their plight, the airline showed disinclination in aiding the stranded passengers, pressing a lack of empathy and responsibility. IndiGo ultimately accommodated the affected passengers on breakouts to Chennai the following morning.
