Varanasi: HONOR has unveiled the HONOR Protect Plan, in partnership with Onsitego, tailored for the Indian market alongside the newly launched X9b, offering added reassurance and peace of mind to consumers. This initiative, valued at Rs 2,999, comes complimentary for HONOR X9b buyers, aiming to cultivate lasting consumer confidence in the brand while highlighting its commitment to product reliability.
The plan boasts enticing features, such as a single free screen replacement within six months of purchase in the event of screen damage, with consumers only bearing a nominal Rs. 749 claim processing fee. Furthermore, if customers find themselves dissatisfied with the X9b post-purchase, they have the option of a 30-day Assured Buy Back, fetching up to 90% of the invoice value (ex GST). However, certain conditions apply to ensure the integrity of redeemed devices, including the exclusion of phones with damaged bodies or screens. Additional deductions encompass ₹1500 for missing original accessories, 20% for significant scratches or dents, 15% for minor ones, and ₹1000 for the absence of the original packaging during redemption.
In addition to these benefits, the package also encompasses a 6-month Extended Warranty Cover and doorstep pickup and delivery for repairs from Brand Authorized Service Centers, guaranteeing the use of genuine components for up to 18 months.
Furthermore, users have access to the Zero Depreciation Program and Zero Excess Plan, offering comprehensive protection without any depreciation and the option to bypass additional charges for damages, respectively. However, it’s worth noting that consumables like batteries and accessories are not covered under this plan.
