Xiaomi Unveils 14 Ultra: The Ultimate Camera Phone with Leica Lens
New Delhi: Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, in China, and it’s set to debut globally at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. This powerhouse device features a Leica-branded camera and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra packs a punch with its impressive camera setup, boasting a large 1-inch Sony sensor and three additional Leica lenses. These include a periscope module for 5x optical zoom, a telephoto lens, and an ultrawide shooter, all enhanced by Xiaomi’s AI processing for exceptional image quality.
In addition to its stellar camera capabilities, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers satellite connectivity for remote communication, making it ideal for outdoor adventures. It’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and features Xiaomi’s Surge T1 communication chip for fast and reliable connectivity.
Design-wise, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra sports a robust “Dragon Armor” design with enhanced drop resistance and IP68 dust and liquid protection. Its 6.73-inch QHD+ AMOLED display delivers stunning visuals, while the ultrasonic fingerprint reader ensures secure authentication.
Under the hood, the device houses a 5,300mAh battery with silicon-carbon technology for extended usage. Rapid charging is also supported, with 50% charge achievable in just 12.5 minutes, thanks to 90W wired and 80W wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes in three variants in China, with prices ranging from CNY 6,499 to CNY 8,799. It will go on sale in China on February 27, with global availability expected after its debut at the Mobile World Congress.
