2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250 Unveiled: India Launch Expected Soon
New Delhi: Bajaj has taken the wraps off the 2024 Pulsar F250 at the global launch event of the Pulsar NS400Z. The new Pulsar F250 sports an eye-catching black colour scheme with sleek red and grey graphics, giving it a fresh and appealing look.
The 2024 Pulsar F250 features a new digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, enhancing the bike’s modern appeal. Mechanically, it remains consistent with its street naked counterpart, the Pulsar N250, featuring the same 249.07cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine delivers 24bhp at 8750rpm and 21.5Nm of torque at 6,500rpm, paired with a five-speed gearbox.
However, a notable omission on the showcased F250 is the USD (Upside Down) fork, a feature updated in the N250 model. The rear tyre appears to be a 140-section one, mirroring the N250. There’s no confirmation yet on whether the F250 will include the traction control system and ABS modes available in the N250.
Bajaj’s decision to skip the USD fork on the F250 might be a strategic move to keep the bike’s cost competitive. The previous F250 model experienced lukewarm sales in India, leading to its discontinuation. Therefore, pricing will be a crucial factor for Bajaj if they plan to reintroduce the F250 in the Indian market.
The showcased model might be intended for export markets, suggesting the possibility that the Indian version could include the USD fork like the N250. This will be confirmed upon the bike’s official launch in India.
Pricing for the 2024 Pulsar F250 is anticipated to be slightly higher than the N250, which is priced at Rs 1.51 lakh. The F250 is expected to be priced around Rs 1.53 to 1.54 lakh.
Stay tuned for more updates on the official launch date and detailed specifications of the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250.
