Apple Launches Vision Pro in Nine Countries, Excluding India

Apple has expanded the availability of its latest innovation, the Apple Vision Pro, to nine additional countries, skipping India for now. The device, which merges digital content with the physical environment, allows users to experience spatial computing like never before.

Pre-orders for the Apple Vision Pro will begin on June 14 in China mainland, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, with availability starting on June 28. Customers in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom can pre-order starting June 28, with availability from July 12 onwards.

Priced at USD 3,499, the Apple Vision Pro comes with various storage options and includes accessories such as a Solo Knit Band, Dual Loop Band, and personalized Light Seal, among others.

Powered by visionOS, the device offers an intuitive spatial user interface that allows users to navigate using their eyes, hands, and voice. The App Store now features over 2,000 apps tailored for the Apple Vision Pro, enhancing user experience across different applications.

“We are thrilled to bring the magic of spatial computing to more users worldwide,” said Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, following the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2024. Cook highlighted the device’s capabilities, which range from enhancing work productivity to creating immersive entertainment experiences.

The Apple Vision Pro will be available both in Apple Store locations and online across the announced countries, promising a new era of interactive and spatially immersive technology for global users.
