New Delhi: The Infinix Note 40 Pro series has made its debut in India with an attractive starting price of Rs 19,999. This lineup comprises two models, the Infinix Note 40 Pro and Pro+, both sharing similar specifications with minor distinctions. Key features include a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, a 120Hz display, a powerful 108-megapixel triple rear camera setup, and more. Notably, these smartphones claim the title of being the most affordable in the nation to come equipped with wireless charging support. Here’s a comprehensive overview of these new releases.

Infinix Note 40 Pro series launched: Price in India, sale offers

The newly launched Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G starts at Rs 21,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage variant, while the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ is priced at Rs 24,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. Additionally, there’s an instant Rs 2,000 discount available on HDFC and SBI credit cards, effectively reducing the price to Rs 19,999. These smartphones are offered in three striking color options: Obsidian Black, Titan Gold, and Vintage Green.

The early bird sale for these new Infinix mid-range phones is now live on Flipkart. As a part of the launch offer, customers purchasing the Infinix Note 40 Pro will receive a complimentary MagKit valued at Rs 4,999. The MagKit includes a MagCase (magnetic case designed for wireless charging) and a MagPower charger (3020mAh power bank). Additionally, Infinix has introduced the MagPad (15W wireless charger), which is available for separate purchase.

Infinix Note 40 Pro series: Specifications

The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Note 40 Pro 5G smartphones boast identical specifications, differing primarily in battery capacity and charging capabilities. Both feature a spacious 6.78-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, reaching up to 1300 nits peak brightness and supporting 2160Hz PWM Dimming, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

Under the hood, they are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 6nm processor. In terms of photography, the Infinix Note 40 Pro series offers a robust camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary camera featuring OIS, accompanied by a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a 2-megapixel depth camera. For selfies, there’s a 32-megapixel front camera. Both devices run on Android 14-based XOS 14 custom skin out of the box.

The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ houses a 4,600mAh battery with support for rapid 100W charging. Meanwhile, the Infinix Note 40 Pro packs a larger 5,000mAh battery capable of 45W fast charging. Notably, both models support 20W Wireless MagCharge, making them the first smartphones under Rs 25,000 to offer wireless charging. Additionally, these phones feature an in-display fingerprint sensor, IR sensor, stereo speakers tuned by JBL, IP53 rating for water and dust resistance, and more.
