Ola Strengthens After-Sales Network; Inaugurates 500th Service Centre in Kochi

Kochi: Ola Electric has taken another stride in bolstering its after-sales network with the inauguration of its 500th service centre in Kochi, Kerala. This marks the company’s largest service centre in the state, underlining its commitment to expanding its service footprint across India.

The service centres serve as comprehensive solutions for all after-sales and service-related inquiries, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and ownership experience. A spokesperson from Ola emphasized the importance of a robust service network in promptly addressing customer needs.

To commemorate the milestone of the 500th service centre, Ola organized a ride for its member community in Kochi. Additionally, the company announced a nationwide free scooter health checkup scheduled for April 21, extending its commitment to customer care beyond Kerala.

In recent developments, Ola Electric ventured into the mass-market segment, introducing new prices for its S1 X portfolio, available in three battery configurations. The company also unveiled revised prices for other models, offering extended battery warranty and introducing accessories like portable fast chargers.

Ola Electric’s initiatives reflect its dedication to overcoming barriers to electric vehicle adoption and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
