Samsung Introduces Two New Phones: Galaxy M55 5G and Galaxy M15 5G Unveiled with Pricing and Specs Revealed.
New Delhi: Samsung launched the Galaxy M55 5G in Brazil on Thursday (March 28). This new addition to the Galaxy M series runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 and features an AMOLED display. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and comes with a 5,000mAh battery. Additionally, the Galaxy M55 5G boasts a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup.
Alongside the Galaxy M55 5G, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy M15 5G. This device is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC and houses a larger 6,000mAh battery. Like its counterpart, the Galaxy M15 5G sports a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup. Interestingly, it appears to be a rebranded version of the Galaxy F15 5G, which debuted in India earlier this month.
Samsung Galaxy M55 5G, Galaxy M15 5G price
The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G is available at a starting price of BRL 1,499 (approximately Rs. 25,000) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It comes in Dark Blue, Grey, and Light Blue color options.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G is priced at BRL 3,199 (about Rs. 53,000) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration. It is offered in Dark Blue and Green color variants.
While the Galaxy M55 5G is anticipated to be officially launched in other markets soon, the Galaxy M15 5G is already listed on Samsung’s India website, although pricing details are yet to be revealed.

In terms of optics, the Galaxy M55 5G flaunts a versatile triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, it houses a high-resolution 50-megapixel selfie camera. Additionally, it incorporates Samsung’s Knox Vault feature for enhanced security.
Driving the Galaxy M55 5G is a robust 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, ensuring long-lasting performance. The device measures 163.9×76.5×7.8mm and weighs 180 grams, providing a sleek and lightweight design for effortless handling.

The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G operates on Android 14-based One UI 6.1, featuring a vibrant 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,080×2,340 pixels and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Sporting a waterdrop-style notch at the center, this device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Galaxy M15 5G boasts a versatile triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel shooter. On the front, it houses a 13-megapixel selfie camera. It offers 128GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 1TB, and includes Knox Vault for enhanced security.
Driving the Galaxy M15 5G is a robust 6,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, ensuring long-lasting usage. Measuring 160.1×76.8×8.4mm and weighing 217 grams, this device offers a comfortable grip and a sturdy build. Additionally, the new Galaxy M series phones are confirmed to receive five years of security updates and up to four years of OS upgrades, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
