Samsung Unveils Plans for Advanced Galaxy AI Features: What You Need to Know

New Delhi: In a recent interview with ET Telecom, Samsung’s Southeast Asia CEO TM Roh revealed exciting news about the future of Galaxy smartphones. The company is working on enhancing its Galaxy AI features, set to roll out after 2025. Roh assured users that AI features introduced on the Galaxy S24 series will remain free until then.

While specific details about these new features are still under wraps, Roh hinted at more powerful capabilities catering to different user needs. Some premium AI experiences may come with a price tag, akin to offerings from OpenAI and Microsoft.

Currently, Galaxy AI offers useful functions like Circle to search, Live call translation, transcription, note assist, and photo assist. Additionally, Samsung provides innovative tools such as a generative-AI powered wallpaper generator and an enhanced photo editor.

Excitingly, these advancements won’t be limited to new models. Samsung plans to expand AI features to over 100 million existing Galaxy devices, including previous flagship models like the Galaxy S23 series and Galaxy foldable phones.

It’s not just about smartphones either. Samsung is ramping up its manufacturing efforts in India, with plans to assemble Galaxy laptops locally. This move aligns with the brand’s commitment to offering quality products across various tech segments.

Keep an eye out for updates as Samsung continues to innovate and enhance the Galaxy experience for users worldwide.
