Vivo T3x 5G Battery Specifications Revealed Ahead of April 17 Launch in India
New Delhi: Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo T3x 5G in India on April 17, positioning it as the successor to the Vivo T2x 5G. Details about the handset’s design, including color options, have been officially confirmed. The phone will feature dual rear cameras and will be offered in Celestial Green and Crimson Red variants.
An official announcement from Vivo India on X (formerly Twitter) revealed that the Vivo T3x 5G will boast an impressive 6,000mAh battery, setting a new standard for slimness in its category. The teaser specified that the phone will measure just 7.99mm in thickness, making it the “segment’s slimmest smartphone with a 6,000mAh battery” within the smartphones priced under Rs. 17,000.
Earlier indications from a Flipkart microsite suggested that the Vivo T3x 5G will be priced below Rs. 15,000 in India, with potential RAM and storage configurations ranging from Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 17,000. Notably, an 8GB + 128GB variant has been hinted at.
Powering the Vivo T3x 5G will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. The phone is expected to feature a large 6.72-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It may come in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options paired with 128GB of onboard storage.
Camera-wise, the Vivo T3x 5G is likely to sport a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor and LED flash, complemented by an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The handset is anticipated to include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and could carry an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The expected weight of the phone is around 199g.
