Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 Leak: Bigger Camera, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, IPX8 Rating!
New Delhi: The Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to debut later this month, succeeding the Mix Fold 3. While Xiaomi hasn’t confirmed the exact launch date, a new leak offers insights into the design and specifications of the upcoming foldable phone.
The tipster reveals a larger camera module compared to its predecessor. The rear design features four Leica-branded cameras and an LED flash, occupying about a third of the back panel. The primary rear camera is rumored to be a 50-megapixel sensor supported by a Leica Summilux lens, similar to the Mix Fold 3’s main camera.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in the Mix Fold 3. Additionally, the device is tipped to have an IPX8 rating, making it water-resistant.
Blass also claims that the foldable phone will feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for wireless charging. Despite these robust features, the Mix Fold 4 could measure less than 10mm in thickness, making it sleek and portable.
It’s important to note that the leaked render and specifications are based on a prototype, so the final design and features might differ. As always, it’s wise to take these details with a grain of salt until Xiaomi officially announces the handset.
