Sumit Nagal Set to Represent India in Davis Cup Against Sweden
New Delhi: India’s top singles tennis player, Sumit Nagal, has made a much-anticipated return to the Davis Cup team for the upcoming World Group I tie against Sweden. The match is scheduled for September 14-15, and will be held on indoor hard courts in Stockholm. This will be a crucial contest as India looks to advance in the prestigious tournament.
Sumit Nagal, who had missed India’s historic tie against Pakistan in Islamabad, is now back in the squad and expected to play a leading role. His return brings a significant boost to the team, given his strong recent form.
