Delhivery Strengthens D2C Ecosystem with Growth Summit in Kolkata

Kolkata: Delhivery, India’s largest logistics and supply chain services provider, hosted over 180 D2C founders, entrepreneurs, and supply chain experts at its Growth Summit in Kolkata . The event showcased emerging opportunities for direct-to-consumer brands highlighting Delhivery’s commitment to democratizing e-commerce across India.

Delhivery hosted its ninth Growth Summit in Kolkata. This event highlighted the growing opportunities for direct-to-consumer brands in Tier 2 and 3 markets, emphasizing Delhivery’s role in democratizing e-commerce and fostering growth across India.

This landmark event featured engaging panel discussions and keynote addresses from industry leaders, including Nikhil Daga, Founder of Krishna Ayurveda; Sanjeev Jain, Founder and CEO of Supra Pens; Anurag Agarwal, Founder of Nestasia; Ankit Kothari, Co-Founder of Wishcare. Conversations revolved around exploring the transformative role of technology in scaling D2C businesses, optimizing AI-driven logistics, and unlocking the potential of India’s underserved markets. 

As a major economic hub of Eastern India, Kolkata contributes significantly to the country’s economy, with the state of West Bengal recording exports worth approximately $13.8 billion in 2023-24. Kolkata’s strategic location as a gateway to Northeast India and neighboring countries further bolsters its role as a critical hub for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands looking to tap into emerging markets​.
