Lumio Arc 7 2026 Google TV Projector Launched in India With 120 Inch Display and 32GB Storage

Lumio Arc 7 2026 Price and Key Highlights

Lumio has officially launched its latest smart projector, the Lumio Arc 7 2026, in the Indian market. The new projector is designed to deliver a powerful big screen entertainment experience with a projection size of up to 120 inches.

The Lumio Arc 7 2026 comes with several notable upgrades, including improved picture quality, higher brightness, enhanced contrast and wider colour coverage. It also runs on an Android 14 based Google TV platform, making it more than just a conventional projector.

The projector has been launched in India at a price of Rs 34,999. With 32GB of storage, Google TV support and a large screen projection capability, the new Lumio projector is aimed at users looking for an immersive home entertainment experience.

Lumio Arc 7 2026 Offers Up to 120 Inch Big Screen Experience

One of the biggest attractions of the Lumio Arc 7 2026 is its ability to project content on a screen of up to 120 inches.

This large screen size can significantly enhance the viewing experience for movies, web series, sports and gaming. Instead of investing in an expensive large screen television, users can create a cinema like setup at home with the projector and a suitable projection surface.

The large screen projection can be particularly useful for users who enjoy watching movies with family or hosting movie nights at home. Sports fans can also benefit from the immersive experience offered by a much larger viewing area.

However, the actual viewing experience can vary depending on the room size, ambient lighting and projection surface.

Arc Light Engine 2 Technology for Improved Picture Quality

Lumio has equipped the Arc 7 2026 with its next generation Arc Light Engine 2 technology. The company says the upgraded light engine is designed to deliver improved picture quality compared with the previous generation.

The new technology focuses on brightness, contrast and colour performance. These improvements are expected to make images appear more detailed, vibrant and immersive during everyday viewing.

The projector is also equipped with a dust proof light engine. Lumio says this design has been developed keeping Indian environmental conditions in mind.

Dust can become an important concern for projector owners because prolonged exposure can potentially affect internal components and picture performance. The dust resistant design is therefore an important addition to the new model.

500 ANSI Lumens Brightness

The Lumio Arc 7 2026 offers 500 ANSI lumens of brightness. According to the company, this is 25 percent higher than the previous generation.

Higher brightness can help improve visibility and image clarity, particularly when the room is not completely dark. However, projectors generally deliver their best results in controlled lighting conditions.

For an enhanced viewing experience, users should ideally use the projector in a darker room or reduce surrounding light as much as possible.

The increased brightness makes the Arc 7 2026 more appealing for everyday home entertainment, especially for users who may not always have a completely dark viewing environment.

Improved Contrast for Better Visual Details

Lumio has also upgraded the contrast performance of the Arc 7 2026. The company claims that the new projector offers 15 percent higher contrast compared with the previous generation.

Contrast plays an important role in determining how clearly dark and bright portions of an image are displayed. Better contrast can make movie scenes appear deeper and more detailed, particularly during darker sequences.

This improvement could be beneficial for watching action movies, thrillers, science fiction content and other visually demanding formats where shadow details and darker scenes are important.

10 Percent Higher DCI P3 Colour Coverage

Another important upgrade is the improved colour performance. Lumio says the Arc 7 2026 offers 10 percent higher DCI P3 colour coverage compared with the previous generation.

Wider colour coverage can help produce richer and more vibrant colours on the screen. This can make movies, animated content, sports and other visual content look more engaging.

The combination of improved brightness, contrast and colour coverage is intended to provide a more impressive overall picture quality compared with the older generation.

Android 14 Based Google TV Support

The Lumio Arc 7 2026 comes with Android 14 based Google TV support, which is one of its biggest smart features.

With Google TV, users can access a smart television style interface directly through the projector. This reduces the need for a separate streaming device for basic smart entertainment functions.

The Google TV platform also makes it easier to browse and discover entertainment content. Users can access compatible streaming applications and enjoy their favourite movies, shows and other digital content on the big screen.

The Android 14 foundation also gives the projector a modern software platform and helps position the Arc 7 2026 as a smart entertainment device rather than a basic projection system.

32GB Storage

The Lumio Arc 7 2026 comes with 32GB of internal storage. This is another significant feature of the new projector.

Additional storage can be useful for installing applications and keeping the projector ready for different entertainment requirements. A larger storage capacity can also reduce concerns about running out of space for apps and system requirements.

For users who plan to use the projector regularly as their primary home entertainment device, 32GB storage can be a practical advantage.

Designed for Home Entertainment

The Lumio Arc 7 2026 has been designed primarily for home entertainment. Its combination of a large projection size, smart TV platform and upgraded picture technology makes it suitable for a variety of entertainment scenarios.

Users can watch movies and web series, follow live sports events or enjoy gaming on a much larger screen than traditional televisions.

The compact nature of a projector can also provide more flexibility. When the projector is not being used, it can be stored away, while a large television permanently occupies wall or furniture space.

Lumio Arc 7 2026 for Movies and Web Series

Movie and web series enthusiasts could be among the biggest beneficiaries of the Lumio Arc 7 2026.

The ability to project content up to 120 inches can create a cinema like environment at home. The improved contrast and colour performance can further enhance the visual experience.

The 500 ANSI lumens brightness also represents a significant improvement over the previous generation according to Lumio.

For the best results, users should pair the projector with a suitable projection screen or a smooth light coloured wall and minimise ambient light in the room.

Lumio Arc 7 2026 for Sports and Gaming

The large screen capability also makes the Arc 7 2026 an interesting option for sports fans.

Watching cricket, football and other sporting events on a screen of up to 120 inches can create a more immersive experience, particularly when watching with friends and family.

Gamers may also find the large projection appealing. A bigger screen can make certain gaming experiences feel more engaging.

However, users who are specifically purchasing a projector for competitive gaming should also consider factors such as input latency, refresh rate and dedicated gaming features before making a final decision.
