PM Modi to Celebrate Netaji’s Birth Anniversary with ‘Parakram Diwas’ at Red Fort; Launch of 9-Day ‘Bharat Parv’

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to commemorate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose with a grand celebration called ‘Parakram Diwas’ at the historic Red Fort. This special day, initiated in 2021, is dedicated to honoring the significant contributions of freedom fighters, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision.

During the event, PM Modi will also inaugurate ‘Bharat Parv,’ a vibrant nine-day celebration highlighting India’s diverse culture and rich heritage. The festivities will take place from January 23 to 31, featuring Republic Day tableaux from 26 Union ministries. These displays will showcase citizen-centric initiatives, promote local tourist attractions, and embody the spirit of unity in diversity.

The festivities will unfold at Ram Leela Maidan and the Madhav Das Park, offering a multifaceted celebration that blends historical reflections with lively cultural expressions. The program aims to delve into the profound legacy of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and the Azad Hind Fauj.

One of the highlights of the event is the exhibition of rare photographs and documents from the archives of Netaji, providing a glimpse into his remarkable journey and the heroic saga of the Azad Hind Fauj.
