Great Place To Work®, a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience, awarded LGE India this certification basis employee feedback through the Trust Index™ survey, alongside an assessment of workplace culture. By drawing on employees’ perspectives, the assessment provides insight into how trust, engagement and the everyday workplace experience shape an organisation’s culture.

First achieving the certification in 2023, LGE India has continued to build on this recognition through its focus on employee experience, workplace culture, and an environment that supports professional growth. This recognition will continue to help in securing the best talent in the job market and will also enhance shareholder confidence.
