These dynamic AI agents enhance customer experiences with goal-driven conversations, providing personalized responses across 35+ channels in 135+ languages. Yellow.ai has made its solution available on AWS Marketplace to scale its global presence.

Since migrating to AWS in May, Yellow.ai has achieved a 20% reduction in operational costs, a 15% performance improvement, and a 10% cut in infrastructure costs. This has enabled increased investment in innovation and AI research. Yellow.ai’s YellowG, a generative AI platform utilizing Amazon SageMaker, has realistic empathy with minimal hallucination rates.
