India became the first country to qualify for the semifinals with this victory, their seventh in a row. Mohammed Shami clinched 5 crucial wickets as India’s pace attack wipes out Sri Lanka on the meagre score of 55 runs. This is India’s biggest victory in the ICC World Cup history.
